Created in partnership with First 5 Lake County, this free online tool will help parents and caregivers of children identify a list of services and programs that their children are likely eligible for in Lake County and helps connect parents with the services they're interested in.

Smart Start After-School Hub
Lake County’s first partner driven after-school hub is designed to provide in-depth, enriching experiences for the youth of Burns Valley Elementary School in Clearlake, California. These programs will keep kids safe and inspire them to learn.
California’s leading college success nonprofit, 10,000 degrees™ helps students from low-income backgrounds get to and through college. The program will launch in the fall of 2022 at Lower Lake High School.
