Qualified organizations and entities can request FREE Narcan from DHCS through the Naloxone Distribution Project.
The Naloxone Distribution Project (NDP) is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and administered by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to combat opioid overdose-related deaths throughout California, and aims to address the opioid crisis by reducing opioid overdose-related deaths through the provision of naloxone.

How to Request Naloxone (for Non-Profit Agency)
Submit the application electronically or by mail for a minimum of 12 units of naloxone.
